Moonitin, the Moonitin logo (an ‘M’ with a Swirl around it, similar to the ‘@’ symbol but with an ‘M’ instead of the ‘a’), the Moonitin brand, Moonitin slogans, and other Moonitin products’ and services’ names are Trademarks and Service Marks of Mamoon Inc. Any use of Mamoon Inc.’s Marks without express written permission is strictly prohibited by U.S. and International Trademark laws and treaty provisions..

Mamoon Inc.’s trademark policy shall try to balance the interests of our need to ensure and consequently maintain that our Trademarks and Service Marks remain reliable indicators of our unsurpassable quality with our desire to permit others that we shall work with to accurately describe their affiliation and that of their products and services with Moonitin and its products and services.
